Our best-seller. Our gluten-free sourdough is tangy, chewy and full of flavour, made with a special blend of gluten-free flours and our own sourdough starter. Toast it for breakfast, top it with avocado, or serve it alongside soup.

Gluten-Free Pita Bread
Soft, light and perfect for wrapping. Our gluten-free pita bread is made with simple ingredients (gluten-free flour, salt and yeast) and is ideal for falafel, grilled meats, salads or dipping into hummus.
Gluten-Free & Vegan Burger Buns
Our burger buns are both gluten-free and vegan: soft, pillowy and strong enough to hold a juicy burger. They come in three sizes, so they work for home barbecues as well as restaurant menus:

Pick-Up or Delivery Across Bali
Pick up from our café at Batu Mejan No. 15A, Canggu, open daily 08:00–16:00, or let us deliver. We deliver across Bali. Order as early as possible, ideally a few days ahead, and message us to check availability for your date.
